Can I set my Email Marketing plan to renew automatically?
All services are set on automatic renewal. If you haven’t changed your renewal settings, you just need to make sure you have an active card on file before the service expires.
To check your current Renewal Settings, go to Services > Email Marketing > Settings
Then click on the three-dot kebab menu > Renewal Settings.
If the Autorenewal is off, click the toggle button and click Confirm to activate it.
You can also update the Billing Cycle and Contacts in the same window. Click Confirm to save the changes.
How to renew an Email Marketing plan manually?
You can make a manual renewal payment on the Billing > Renewals page. Select the Email Marketing service from the list, choose the desired Contacts and Billing Cycle, and click Pay Now to submit a payment.
