How do I reduce the number of users on my Google Workspace plan?
Changing the number of your available Workspace user slots during your current service term is not possible. However, if you are not using all the Google Workspace slots you are currently paying for, you can set up your account to renew based on your actual usage for its next term.
Go to Client Area > Services > Google Workspace > Settings > kebab (3-dot) menu > Renewal Settings. On the pop-up screen section Users, make sure to select “On active users only”. Make sure to click Confirm to save your choice.
