How to post a support ticket?
SiteGround’s Client Area has a simple and intuitive design intended to help customers in diagnosing and solving their problems. When needed, a ticket can be posted following these steps:
- Log in to your Client Area
- Click on the “?” icon > View Help Center
- Click on the Contact us tab
To connect to support, choose the category in which your issue falls after which select the topic that best corresponds to it. Depending on your selection we may request additional information from you to better understand the issue and if our suggested solution does not help, we’ll recommend chat, phone or ticket as the best support channel for your request.
